While, unfortunately, you can’t get back your lost time up to this point, you can still turn things around to be able to achieve your goals by the end of the year. So, get ready to let go of what’s been stopping you up to this point, and let’s figure out how to get yourself back on track with your New Year’s resolutions today.
Redefine Your Goals
If you haven’t made any progress toward your fitness goals at this point, then maybe they’re actually your problem. You see, sometimes we set ourselves up for failure by setting goals we don’t actually want to achieve. These are things that sound good to us on the surface, but when you go deeper, there’s nothing they actually bring to the table in terms of your personal happiness and success.
